1- Wireless Signal Identification Receiver Based on a Bandpass SD ADCs (In collaboration with Seamless Waves, France)
OBJECTIVE:
The objective of this Graduation Project is:
- Modeling of Bandpass SD-based RF Transceivers for different digital modulation techniques.
- Introduction channel and circuit non-idealities into these models.
- Analog Mixed Signal (AMS) design of RF Front end
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the design and implementation of Mixed-Signal CMOS integrated circuits.
- Good Knowledge of Wireless Communication Systems and Digital Modulation techniques.
- Interest for circuits used to implement RF Blocks
- Familiarity with IC-design CAD tools (CADENCE, SYNOPSYS, MENTOR, MATLAB, …)
2- System Level Design of Non-Invasive Blood Glucose Monitoring for Diabetic Patients (IP Valley Inc. , Canada)
